1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Lumière Stays. A reservation becomes binding once you receive written confirmation from us via email.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Confirmation emails will include all booking details
• Special requests are subject to availability

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations 7-14 days before arrival: 50% charge
• Cancellations within 7 days: Full amount retained
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Modifications subject to availability and may incur charges

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability
• Valid identification required at check-in
• Minimum age for check-in: 21 years

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and other guests
• Comply with Singapore laws and regulations
• Maintain reasonable noise levels
• Not smoke inside the premises
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Not host unauthorized visitors

5. Liability

Lumière Stays is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We recommend guests use in-room safes for valuables. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for accommodation services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
